Senior Care

As we age, balance issues become increasingly common, leading to a higher risk of falls and injuries. Many older adults choose a sedentary lifestyle out of fear of falling, but unfortunately, this lack of movement often brings its own set of challenges, including pain, stiffness, and chronic illness.

Our Approach

At Clinique Kiné Fara, our approach to senior care is twofold:

1. Targeted Balance and Mobility Training


Using up-to-date research, we focus on strengthening the key muscle groups involved in balance. We also work on improving joint mobility, which helps reduce falls caused by stiffness and restricted movement.

2. Whole-Body Strength and Quality of Life Enhancement


With the help of specialized strength-training equipment available at our clinic, we help seniors build overall body strength. This contributes not only to greater physical resilience but also to a more active, independent, and fulfilling lifestyle.

Our goal is to empower seniors to move with confidence, reduce their risk of injury, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
